• Assisted Frontline DevOps Team in setting up Test Sites for Hayes, including TIPWeb-IT, TIPWeb-IM, and GetHelp.
• Contributed to HRMS implementation and installation of Asset Management, Infrastructure Management, and Helpdesk Management using Jenkins alongside the Frontline DevOps team for Hayes.
• Deployed multiple applications using Jenkins, Nagios, and various AWS services.
• Automated deployment of manual applications in Windows-based environments for analytics and cost-saving purposes, ensuring continuous monitoring.
• Managed all alarms and automated processes for creating, updating, and deleting alarms as per deployment requirements using CodePipeline.

Project: SmartDog (April 2022 - August 2023)

Key Technologies: Python, Django, MySQL, BASH, Linux, AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Zabbix, ServiceNow, Grafana.

• Developed Python scripts for data extraction and cleansing from SmartDog portals.
• Conducted evaluations of SmartDog Portal's API and UI/UX to pinpoint and resolve bugs.
• Created APIs for ServiceNow, SmartDog DevServer, and launching AWS services using Python scripts.
• Gained hands-on experience with multiple AWS services like S3, EC2, VPC, EBS, ELB, AS, and IAM roles.
• Implemented Infrastructure as Code using Terraform scripts for streamlined deployment.

Project: NOC Support (June 2022 - August 2022)

Key Technologies: ServiceNow, Zabbix.

• Managed incidents and network performance, adhering to SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.
• Verified and validated Zabbix alerts, reporting findings over Teams Channels with root cause analysis.
• Monitored alerts and provided L1 support to respective teams for client interaction and issue resolution.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to security policies and best practices.
